Pennsylvania has announced a new policy for the reverse mortgage industry. Under this new policy, those who choose to go with a reverse mortgage will interact with lenders who understand reverse mortgages and adhere to a code of conduct. The policy was designed to make sure that seniors fully understand the reverse product and make sure they acquire a reverse mortgage under the correct circumstances.
